How do I become Certified?

Participate at your own pace in 6 online, hybrid Learning Adventures.
Dive right in with Adventure #1 by joining our free Empowerment Educator Community, Exploration Course, and bi-monthly LIVE Coaching and Support Networks.
At your own pace, move onto Adventure #2 where you gain access to the Foundation Course and the Empowerment Coaching Small Groups, where you begin to experience and practice the fundamentals of Empowerment Education® and Empowerment Coaching & Learning. Earn a E-Coaching Basics Diploma.
In Adventures #3, #4, and #5, you will progress from deep dives in self-coaching to deep dives in connected coaching communication and setting up new-paradigm W.E.L.L. learning environments. Earn your professional Empowerment Coaching & Learning Certification.
If you choose to move on to Adventure #6, you will have the opportunity to become certified as a Train the Trainer - "Empowerment Coach", able to be hired in schools, and coach other educators and students on our i.b.mee. Coaching 4 Educators/Students Platform. You also will also be eligible to receive "very low cost" coaching from other Level 6 Empowerment Coaches on our platform at any time.

Foundation Adventure: Sliding Scale $100-$250/month for 3 months

Because we are a nonprofit, we can offer our programs and Life Coaching for lower costs because of donations and sponsorships.

Over 3 months, participate in 12 weekly live sessions to master the art of Empowerment Coaching & Learning with yourself to catapult your self-care to your highest levels.
Deeply understand how to apply trauma-informed principles to build your acceptance, validation, and empathy for yourself.
Further transform your teaching skills and approach into the new paradigm, with trauma-informed, transformational coaching & learning methodologies.
For individuals committed to becoming certified Empowerment Coaches and transforming their teaching approach to easily integrate the new-paradigm learning into the old-paradigm.

ADVENTURE #4

COMMUNICATION

Dive deep into practicing connected communication and coaching with others, especially the young people you work with.
Understand (1) when you are in "positive connection" and when you are in "disconnection" and (2) know how to SHIFT yourself out of disconnection and into positive connection (listening and speaking from the heart).
Practice helping the young people you work with SHIFT themselves, in real-time, from a "low-brain, FFFP, emotional triggered" state that causes disconnected, disempowering behaviors, to a "high brain, calm" state that causes connected, empowering behaviors and enhanced states to inspire learning.
Deeply learn to know "where each student is" in their ability to trust you so you truly know how to progress them into trusting you and others so they can relax and be themselves with out having to "cause challenges".
Work on supporting your students to up-level their resilience, self-worth, and ability to break-through any challenge no matter what is going on around them without having to remove them from the classroom.
Deeply understand how to apply trauma-informed principles to build your acceptance and empathy for others.
Over 3 months, participate in 12 weekly live sessions to master the art of Empowerment Coaching & Learning with yourself to catapult your self-care to your highest levels.
Further transform your coaching & learning skills and approach into the new-paradigm so you can begin to coach your whole group.
